As the name suggests, it was iust that: a study.
The 2+2 seat touring coupé utiiized the BMW Z1 chassis with the four-wheel-drive system of the BMW 325iX, but never progressed past the wood, plastic, and plaster mock-up stage.
The "funmobile," as the press material dubbed the vehicle, would be capable of crossing difficult terrain; "a kind of alternative vehicle for hunters", the company went on to say. The hatchback wagon was finihed in deep green and had a roof luggage rack. The seating position was well back towards the rear wheels — as it was in the production Z1 — and the hood appeared extremely long. Note the high placement of the side mirrors, set well up the A-pillar.
